DMCA Policy

Effective Date: June 29, 2025

ttSaveVideo respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our tool and website to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to valid takedown requests and take appropriate action when notified of alleged copyright infringement.

1. Content Ownership

ttSaveVideo does not host any TikTok videos or content. Users submit publicly available TikTok URLs, and video content is fetched via a third-party API. All video rights belong to their respective owners or creators on TikTok.

2. Copyright Complaints

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used or accessed through our tool in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send us a takedown notice that includes the following:

  • Your full legal name and contact information
  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • The exact TikTok video link or URL you believe is infringing
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
  • Your physical or electronic signature

3. Actions We May Take

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we may:

  • Disable access to the allegedly infringing material
  • Block future access to the video link via our service
  • Notify the affected user (if applicable)
  • Provide the complainant's contact information (per DMCA rules)

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that a video was disabled in error or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification that includes:

  • Your name, address, and contact info
  • The URL of the content in question
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court
  • Your signature (physical or digital)

We may restore access to the content if we receive a valid counter-notice, unless the copyright holder initiates legal action within 10 business days.
